Must have experience in managing affordable housing (LIHTC and HUD Voucher programs, including Section 8) properties, fair housing laws, as well as LIHTC and HUD guidelines and requirements.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Schedules, coordinates, and supervises the duties of on-site staff</li><li>Ensure rent collection&nbsp;</li><li>Address tenant concerns and needs in a timely manner</li><li>Performs regular property inspections&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure staff follow proper tenant intake procedures</li><li>Ensure money management guidelines are followed&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent organizational and communication skills</li><li>Ensure tenant delinquencies are less than 6% of monthly billed</li><li>Develop marketing campaign to keep occupancy levels at 95% or better</li><li>Ability to read profit and loss statements</li></ul>",
