Its headquarters are in Lockport, LA, and it operates across North America. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Summary</span>:</p>\n<p>This position provides senior‑level Supply Chain Management (SCM) contracts support for complex agreements across Enbridge. The role is accountable for drafting, negotiating, and finalizing contractual terms using established templates, policies, and approved positions, while ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk tolerance. Partners closely with SCM, Legal, and business stakeholders to deliver consistent, compliant, and efficient contracting outcomes.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Specific Accountabilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Independently draft, review, and negotiate moderately complex agreements (e.g., Service Agreements, Consulting Agreements, Engineering Service Agreements) using Enbridge‑approved contract templates and standard clauses.</li>\n<li>Facilitate and support supplier negotiations on contractual terms and conditions within defined risk parameters, escalating non‑standard or high‑risk deviations to Legal or senior SCM leaders as required.</li>\n<li>Coordinate internal input from SCM personnel, Legal, and other functional stakeholders to consolidate positions and resolve contractual issues.</li>\n<li>Review and respond to supplier redlines by applying approved contractual standards, past precedents, and documented risk guidance.</li>\n<li>Provide contract drafting and negotiation support to SCM and business stakeholders to enable timely sourcing and procurement activities.</li>\n<li>Advise on appropriate contract type selection in alignment with SCM policies, processes, and approved sourcing strategies.</li>\n<li>Support contract execution processes by handing off finalized agreements to SCM teams for PO or Master Agreement release.</li>\n<li>Maintain contract records, documentation, and lifecycle status updates in designated systems to support auditability and compliance.</li>\n<li>Promote consistent application of approved contract language, processes, and best practices within the SCM Contracts Center.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with Enbridge policies, procedures, and governance frameworks, including the Contracts Policy and SCM Process Framework.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Scope/Dimensions:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Works independently on complex but defined contractual matters, applying established guidelines, templates, and precedents.</li>\n<li>Exercises judgment in resolving contractual issues within approved risk tolerances; escalates matters involving material risk, non‑standard terms, or significant financial exposure.</li>\n<li>Decisions typically support business unit and project‑level procurement activities and are subject to review for higher‑risk or non‑routine agreements.</li>\n<li>No direct people leadership accountability.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Contacts/Working Relationships:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Works closely with SCM sourcing and operations personnel to support contracting activities.</li>\n<li>Liaises with Legal Services for advice, escalation of non‑standard terms, and alignment on risk positions.</li>\n<li>Interacts with business stakeholders to clarify requirements, explain contractual implications, and support informed decision‑making.</li>\n<li>Communicates with suppliers regarding contract terms, conditions, and negotiation outcomes</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Knowledge, Skills:</span></p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering or related field.</li>\n<li>A minimum of six (6) years of progressively responsible and related experience in the supply chain field or in the Oil and Gas industry.</li>\n<li>Experience drafting complex agreements and negotiating contract terms &amp; conditions.</li>\n<li>Advanced communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills, with strong influencing and persuasive talents.</li>\n<li>Demonstrates strong understanding of contract law and related risks.</li>\n<li>Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy skillset.</li>\n<li>Proficient with enterprise systems such as Oracle Cloud, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office.</li>\n<li>Ability to handle multiple assignments and conflicting priorities with minimal supervision.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Completion of a SCM related professional certification, such as PMAC or ISM, is considered an asset.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits Offered:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>401(k) matching</li>\n<li>Dental insurance</li>\n<li>Health insurance</li>\n<li>Life insurance</li>\n<li>Vision insurance</li>\n<li>Disability insurance</li>\n<li>Vacation pay for eligible employees</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Please be advised</span>, If selected, you will join Pioneer Production Services, Inc. as your employer and work at Enbridge facilities, partnering daily with Enbridge and contract team members.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">**Equal Opportunity Employer</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>",
