text-decoration-color: initial; font-size: 15px; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; background: white;\"><br><strong>Summary/Objective&nbsp;</strong><br>The Leasing Specialist (Part Time) reports to the Marketing Operations Manger and will perform the duties described below in a competent, professional, and timely manner in accordance with Federal Fair Housing Laws.<br><strong><br>Essential Functions</strong><br>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.<br><br><strong>General Duties</strong><br>To promptly answer phones.<br>Schedule tours and show apartments.<br>Follow-up with all prospects following and approved procedure.<br>To personally greet customers as they enter the office.<br>Generate computer leases and complete all lease procedures.<br>To consistently acquire a 33% show to lease ratio.<br>To consistently acquire a 62% telephone performance.<br>To consistently acquire a 50% phone to tour conversion.<br>Contribute marketing ideas and strategies to renting apartments including the production of ads and fliers.<br>Check and respond to office email.<br>Notify current residents of an upcoming tour.<br><br><strong>Position Type and Expected Hours of Work</strong><br>This is a part-time position (15-20) hours per week; typical work hours and days are Monday through Friday, with hours between 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday hours 10:00am to 4:00pm, Sundays 11:00am to 2:00pm. &nbsp;Must be available to work every weekend. Hours are subject to change based on business needs.<br><br><strong>Travel/ Driving</strong><br>No travel is expected for this position.
