    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span><strong>Primary Responsibility</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Support the Coating Operator with thermocleaning, baking, blasting, and coating processes.</span></li>\n <li><span>Follow all safety and standard operating procedures to ensure safe and quality operations.</span></li>\n <li><span>Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to maintain smooth production flow.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Job Duties</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Set up and adjust equipment based on work orders.</span></li>\n <li><span>Perform in-process quality checks during production.</span></li>\n <li><span>Report any irregularities or issues to supervisors promptly.</span></li>\n <li><span>Maintain documentation and production reports as required.</span></li>\n <li><span>Perform other duties as directed by supervisors or their designers.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Education and Qualifications</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>High school diploma or equivalent required.</span></li>\n <li><span>1 to 3 years of related experience preferred.</span></li>\n <li><span>Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot.</span></li>\n <li><span>Prior coating, sandblasting, and crane operation experience is a plus.</span></li>\n <li><span>Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong teamwork and communication skills.</span></li>\n</ul><span>Veterans Encouraged to Apply</span>\n<p><span>At NOV, we proudly support and hire U.S. military veterans.
