Director of Industrial Operations will lead and grow the operations team to drive the success of the business, improve processes, employee retention &amp; customer satisfaction.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for the efficiency and productivity of daily operations</li>\n<li>Meet profitable growth requirements</li>\n<li>Evaluate sales and costs to ensure profit margins are met</li>\n<li>Advanced understanding of financial reports to evaluate performance, productivity and efficiency</li>\n<li>Monitor company revenue margins and conduct budget reviews to maximize profit</li>\n<li>Strategic Planning - Strategize and Lead new business development opportunities, in conjunction with Sales/Business Development</li>\n<li>Develop and Present business plans for expanded growth</li>\n<li>Preparation of the annual operating budget and capital investments</li>\n<li>Lead/Develop team that can achieve all established goals</li>\n<li>Ensure/Develop/Implement successful project and group process</li>\n<li>Long and Short Term Planning</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain personnel as to meet requirements on Multiple shifts</span> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all Contracts are delivered and installed on-time and on-budget</li>\n<li>Communicate with departmental heads to ensure each team's activities support company objectives</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s Degree in related field</li>\n<li>At least 5 years’ upper-level management experience in a manufacturing, field operations and service</li>\n<li>Proficient with MS Office tools</li>\n<li>Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment</li>\n<li>Ability to develop effective working relationships with clients, staff and employees</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Regular working hours are 7 AM to 5 PM.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Working conditions</span></p>\n<p>Ability to travel to job locations to evaluate performance and meet with customers</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical requirements</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Direct reports</span></p>\n<p>CEO</p>",
