In this role, you would be responsible for the assembly and testing of hydraulic systems including; valves, pumps, motors, PTO&#39;s, and other products sold by FORCE America. Due to the variety of components and variation of builds, unique assembly abilities are needed.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">FORCE America has been an employee-owned hydraulic manufacturer and distributor for over 70 years. FORCE America employs experienced design engineers, knowledgeable support staff and skilled production teams to ensure quality and service.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Assemble fundamental components in accordance with the work instructions utilizing a combination of hand tools, power tools, and equipment.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Tests all assembled systems for standard expectations of quality, quantity, efficiency, and customer specifications consistently and correctly.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Maintains system accuracy and record transactions in ERP operating system.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Communicate with appropriate parties in relation to expedited orders, component quality issues, inventory records, etc.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Maintain safe and orderly work area.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Participate in the implementation of process improvements.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Participate in maintaining and suggesting safety practices and procedures.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Participate as a team member to achieve goals.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Other duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">High School Diploma or GED.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">1 year of relevant work experience, preferred.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Strong mechanical aptitude.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Familiarity with hand and power tools.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Strong sense of urgency and basic ability to prioritize in order to meet the expectations of the customer.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Detail oriented to provide the highest level of quality.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Customer focused.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Associates Degree in Fluid Power, Mechatronics, or related field strongly preferred.
