Execution is supported through disciplined work management using Azure DevOps (ADO) to track progress, manage dependencies, and support timely delivery.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Benefits:• Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance• Employer-Paid Life Insurance• Employer-Paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance• 401(k) • Paid Time Off (PTO) that includes Vacation Leave, Sick Leave, and 11 Paid Holidays• Educational Assistance</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Salary: 75k-95k</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>**Hybrid in Vienna, VA**</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click here to learn about BRMi's culture.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click here to see BRMi’s Glassdoor reviews</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Support the end-to-end vendor and merchant onboarding process for debit offers, incentives, and events.</li>\n <li>Coordinate merchant and vendor opportunities from initial intake through approvals, onboarding, and launch readiness.</li>\n <li>Partner with internal stakeholders (product, marketing, operations, legal, risk, compliance, and analytics) to ensure onboarding requirements are met.</li>\n <li>Serve as a point of coordination for external vendors and merchants, supporting alignment on scope, timelines, and operational needs.</li>\n <li>Track onboarding activities, milestones, risks, and dependencies using Azure DevOps (ADO).</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate visibility into the vendor and merchant pipeline, including status, blockers, and readiness.</li>\n <li>Support standardized onboarding processes, documentation, and communications to improve consistency and efficiency.</li>\n <li>Prepare clear summaries and materials for leadership updates, vendor reviews, and program status reporting.</li>\n <li>Review and interpret performance data (engagement, redemption, usage) to support prioritization and operational decision-making.</li>\n <li>Capture decisions, track action items, and support follow-through across internal teams and external partners.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience supporting vendor or merchant onboarding, operations, or partnership management in payments, offers, loyalty, or related programs.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with cross-functional onboarding processes involving legal, risk, compliance, and operations.</li>\n <li>Strong working experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar work management tools.</li>\n <li>Ability to review performance data and support data-informed prioritization and recommendations.</li>\n <li>Strong organizational and execution skills with attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Clear and professional communication skills for working with internal teams and external vendors.</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.</li>\n <li>Experience in debit, credit, payments, or card-based programs, including vendor or merchant onboarding.</li>\n <li>Direct experience working with external vendors, merchants, processors, acquirers, or payment partners.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>** BRMi will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.**</strong></p>\n<p><strong>**This is a W2 opportunity only**</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>EOE/Minorities/Females/Vet/Disabled </strong></p>\n<p>We are an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and commitment at all levels.
