At Versiti, we are passionate about improving the lives of patients and helping our healthcare partners thrive.</p>\n<h2>Position Summary</h2>\n<p>Under the supervision of Mobile Field Operations Supervisor or Assistant Director of Donors Services- Mobile, stocks and packs supplies and equipment for mobile blood drives. Cleans equipment and orders and replenishes stock as necessary. Mobile Packer will also prepare blood bags & MCS+ kits for mobile distribution as a secondary responsibility. May also be assigned to prepare blood bags for sub-center when requested.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Schedule:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Monday-Friday, 10am-6:30pm</li>\n <li>Full Time, Non Exempt</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Total Rewards Package</h2>\n<p><strong>Compensation</strong>The target salary for this position is $16.00 per hour. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Shift differentials for evenings/weekends:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Evenings (after 6:00pm): $1.50/hour</li>\n <li>Weekends: $2.00/hour.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>The target salary is based on internal averages. Versiti sets salary ranges aligned to local markets in which the job is performed. Compensation decisions take into account internal salary averages and differentiation based on education, experience, skills, and performance. Full-time regular employes are eligible for Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holidays, Short- and Long-term disability, life insurance, 7% match dollar for dollar 401(k), voluntary programs, discount programs, others.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Stocks and packs supplies and equipment for mobile blood drives.</li>\n <li>Regular and predictable attendance.</li>\n <li>Must rotate all stock to ensure the late dates are use first</li>\n <li>Cleans equipment.</li>\n <li>Orders and replenishes stock.</li>\n <li>Makes blood bags & MCS+- on a regular basis (8-12- cases weekly).</li>\n <li>Maintains a clean organized work space.</li>\n <li>Print Planning Control List for blood drives- No more than 2-3 days in advance of drive.</li>\n <li>May assist with special projects if time permits</li>\n <li>Must be able to keep up with schedule changes</li>\n <li>Must keep latest version of D.S forms in rotation for staff as necessary.</li>\n <li>Performs other related duties as may be required or designated * Preferred to have a valid driver’s license, in order to assist Field Ops with supply related concerns or to retrieve team members from drives if needed.</li>\n <li>Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification</li>\n <li>Understands and performs in accordance with all applicable regulatory and compliance requirements</li>\n <li>Complies with all standard operating policies and procedures</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma preferred</li>\n <li>the equivalent preferred</li>\n <li>cGMP, Customer Service, Discrimination/Sexual Harassment, HIPAA, Introduction to Quality Assurance, HBC Operations Orientation, OSHA Safety Initial and Annual, Q-Pulse and SimpliDigi. required</li>\n <li>Blood Bag Numbering and other task training as necessary for efficient operations. required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to learn how to pack mobile supplies and assemble blood bags. required</li>\n <li>Must be able to read, write, and lift. required</li>\n <li>Must have strong organizational skills and must be detailed oriented. required</li>\n <li>Also should possess basic computer knowledge/skills. required</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#AJ123</p>",
