    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About you<br></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">​</span></p>\n<p>The role is ideal for professionals with strong construction backgrounds looking for the next step in their career. The successful candidate will have the skills necessary to determine and define each project's scope of work and deliverables.<br><br></p>\n<p>As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for preparing tenders, supervising tendering procedures, preparing proposals, and managing, supervising, and visiting contractors on-site.
