The ideal candidate will </span><span>be responsible for</span><span> the full lifecycle administration of SAS VIYA platforms, including installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and customer support. This role requires strong </span><span>expertise</span><span> in Kubernetes/OpenShift orchestration, </span><span>database management systems (particularly Oracle and PostgreSQL),</span><span> </span><span>and direct customer engagement to resolve technical issues and ensure platform reliability.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Key Responsibilities</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>SAS VIYA Platform Administration</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>- Deploy </span><span>and manage </span><span>SAS VIYA on-premises using open-source Kubernetes or Red Hat OpenShift</span><span>, </span><span>in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP, Oracle Cloud)</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>-</span><span> </span><span>Validate</span><span> infrastructure prerequisites and perform technical preparations for Kubernetes/OpenShift deployments</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and </span><span>optimize</span><span> SAS applications and infrastructure</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>- Implement backup and recovery strategies to protect critical data and ensure business continuity</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>- Automate routine administrative tasks using scripts and scheduling tools</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Customer Support &amp; Issue Resolution</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers experiencing SAS VIYA-related issues</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical problems reported by end-users or detected through monitoring systems</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>- Analyze log files, perform root cause analysis, and provide </span><span>timely</span><span> solutions to minimize downtime</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>- Coordinate with development teams, and customers to ensure issue resolution</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>- Conduct training sessions or workshops to educate users on effective use of the SAS platform</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>- Create and </span><span>maintain</span><span> technical documentation</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Required Skills &amp;
