Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provides accurate and efficient dealing at assigned table game.</li>\n <li>Follows game procedures when dealing Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Poker, Baccarat, and any other form or variation of table games</li>\n <li>Provides prompt, courteous and accurate dealing at assigned table(s).</li>\n <li>Adheres to all company and departmental policies and procedures and state regulations as it relates to this position.</li>\n <li>Performs accurate chip and cash transactions</li>\n <li>Receives wagers from customers and pays the appropriate game outcomes.</li>\n <li>Maintains game security and protects company assets at all times</li>\n <li>Assists customers in understanding the rules and ensures adherence to established policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of and enforcement of all gaming laws and regulations which apply to the functions and duties of the Table Games Department.</li>\n <li>Oversees all gaming activity on assigned tables.</li>\n <li>Monitors cash and chip transactions.</li>\n <li>Corrects mistakes and settles disputes when necessary</li>\n <li>Verifies, by signature, all clerical transactions.</li>\n <li>Issues approved credit</li>\n <li>Maintains bankroll at functional levels.</li>\n <li>Assists customers with any problems or requests.</li>\n <li>Exhibits a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with customers and fellow team members.</li>\n <li>Any and all duties as assigned by your Director or a member of management.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be 21 years of age or older</li>\n <li><p>High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in related field preferred.</p></li>\n <li><p>Minimum two (2) years of experience as a Table Games Dealer with proficiency in multiple games required; prior supervisory experience preferred, but not required.</p></li>\n <li><p> To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of database software. Knowledge of casino games and casino operations; Ability to recognize casino cheating scams, team member embezzlement, etc.; Strong customer service skills; Extensive background in casino operations; Extensive supervisory and management experience in Casino operations.</p></li>\n <li>Must be able to obtain a Maryland Lottery License</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
