The role emphasizes HL7, X12, and FHIR data exchange, message transformation, and working with healthcare workflows and claims-related transactions. This role supports secure, standards-based interoperability and compliance with applicable privacy/regulatory requirements.</p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n <li>Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain healthcare integration interfaces using Mirth Connect (NextGen Connect).</li>\n <li>Build and optimize message mappings and transformations for HL7 v2, X12, and FHIR exchanges.</li>\n <li>Implement secure data handling practices to meet privacy and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA where applicable).</li>\n <li>Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL logic required for integrations.</li>\n <li>Write and maintain scripts (JavaScript, Java, or other scripting as required) for message routing, transformation, and validation.</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with clinical, engineering, and product teams to understand requirements and ensure integrations meet functional and performance needs.</li>\n <li>Create and maintain technical documentation, interface specifications, and test plans.</li>\n <li>Support testing, validation, and deployment activities, including participation in integration and user acceptance testing.</li>\n <li>Follow change control, release management, and incident management processes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Equal Opportunities Employer:</strong>&nbsp;<br>\n Hexaware Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
