Principal Duties and Responsibilities: • Client Service: Deliver outstanding client service to both internal and external clients. • Client Interaction: Welcome and assist clients and manage incoming client phone calls. • Administrative Support: Heavy email management via MS Outlook. Arrange appointments and meetings (including virtual platforms such as Zoom and MS Teams) and maintain attorney calendars. Process Conflict Check Requests and New Business Memos and manage the scanning, printing, and photocopying of documents. Reserve conference rooms, coordinate car services, and manage travel arrangements. • Database Management: Update attorney time entries, contacts, and marketing initiatives in relevant databases. • Document Production: Create and revise documents using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. • Financial Administration: Prepare and submit expense reports and vendor invoices using Emburse Enterprise. • Project Assistance: Support overflow work across both Legal and Business Professionals teams and special multi-month projects as needed with individual Business Professionals teams.
