Blue &amp; Co. has grown to 17 offices in 6 states, including 4 Texas offices.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman',serif;\">We are currently seeking an Audit Senior to join our growing Healthcare practice. <strong>This position may be based at any of our Texas offices: Richardson, Fort Worth, Lubbock, or Waco.&nbsp;</strong>Healthcare is our largest niche with more than 200 experienced professionals dedicated specifically to the industry.</span></p><p style=\"line-height: 2;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman',serif;\"><strong>Position Details:</strong></span></p><ul><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; line-height: 2;'>Plan and execute all aspects of assurance engagements, supervise fieldwork,&nbsp;prepare and review work papers and client deliverables.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; line-height: 2;'>Monitor engagement status and budget requirements for profitable and timely&nbsp;completion.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; line-height: 2;'>Research technical issues that arise during an engagement.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; line-height: 2;'>Provide risk assessments and recommend controls; Analyze controls environment for non-compliance, fraud, and other risk factors.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; line-height: 2;'>Prepare financial statements, management letters, and detailed reports on audit findings.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; line-height: 2;'>Develop and foster teamwork, innovative thinking, and knowledge sharing.</li></ul><p style=\"line-height: 2;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman',serif;\"><strong>Position Requirements:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"line-height: 2;\"><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>CPA or working toward preferred.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>3-6 years of audit experience with a public accounting firm.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Experience supervising or managing client engagements in a public accounting or client service environment.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; demonstrate a high level of technical competence.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Strong mentorship, leadership and training skills.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>High proficiency with Microsoft Office products / applications.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Ability to travel locally with occasional overnight travel.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman',serif;\">Blue &amp; Co., LLC, is ranked as a top Regional CPA firm in the U.S. by Accounting Today.
