THE ROLE We're hiring our first dedicated Outbound SDR to build and own the top of our sales funnel. Until now, we've outsourced this function to an agency — we're bringing it in-house because we believe the right person, deeply embedded in our team and product, will unlock a level of quality and consistency no agency can match. You'll be the tip of the spear — researching target accounts, crafting personalized outreach, and booking qualified meetings for our AE team. This is a high-ownership role with a direct path to AE for the right candidate. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Outbound Prospecting: Own outbound prospecting across target verticals — mobile gaming, agencies, e-commerce / DTC, and enterprise SaaS. – Write and execute multi-touch outreach sequences (email, LinkedIn, cold call) tailored to each persona and vertical – Build and manage prospect lists using tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar – Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set Inbound Qualification: Qualify inbound interest when relevant and route to the right Account Executive. Collaboration: Work closely with AEs and the Head of Sales to refine messaging, surface objections, and improve conversion rates. Reporting: Track and report on weekly KPIs — outreach volume (emails sent / calls made), reply rates, meetings booked, and show rates. Process Optimization: Participate in developing scalable processes for outreach, follow-up, and lead management as we build the outbound motion from the ground up.
