    "jobDescription": "<h2></h2><h2>Job Description:</h2><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p><b>Director, Digital Asset Product Management</b></p><p></p><p>At the Fidelity Center for Applied Technology (FCAT), we help Fidelity’s clients and businesses imagine the possibilities of new ideas and emerging technologies to enhance the customer experience.  Our ideas begin with outside in research and academic partnership and evolve through user testing.  They come to life through prototypes that lay the foundation for new products and services. </p><p></p><p>The <b>Expertise</b> We’re Looking For</p><ul><li>Web3 Native experience with a deep understanding of distributed ledger technologies including permissionless blockchain protocols, cryptocurrencies, private key management, smart contract interactions, DeFi primitives, and token standards.</li><li>Deep technical fluency in digital asset wallet security practices including but not limited to account abstraction, multi-party computation, multi-signature, trusted execution environments, and private key recovery mechanisms.</li><li>Go-to-market experience launching and scaling products in the digital asset / blockchain space.</li><li>The ability to clearly &amp; succinctly articulate business and technical requirements for a range of stakeholders to accelerate product delivery.</li><li>8&#43; years of relevant experience in product management, business planning, technology, or software development.</li><li>Experience working and leading teams at start-ups and/or new product development functions within large organizations.</li><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree (or its equivalent) in business, computer science, engineering, information technology, information systems, mathematics, physics, or a closely related field.</li></ul><p></p><p>The <b>Purpose</b> of Your Role</p><p></p><p>We are looking for a visionary Digital Asset Product Manager to join our team in creating and launching new products and capabilities. This role is a core part of the blockchain incubator product team and will share accountability with other functional leaders for piloting new businesses and capabilities in the financial services industry. This role will work with the team to conduct market analysis, develop strategic product roadmaps and successfully launch new products into the crypto markets. In this capacity, you will:</p><p></p><ul><li>Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualizing new features to post launch optimization (e.g. staking, dApp integration, and protocol integrations).</li><li>Work closely with designers, project managers, and developers on an integrated product team.</li><li>Apply a security first mindset working closely with security engineers, enterprise cyber security, and technology risk partners.</li><li>Develop product proposals with clear functionality, customer value, time to market, and development requirements.</li><li>Translate complex crypto market and Web3 concepts into streamlined user experiences to enable users to easily manage, swap, and secure their digital assets across multiple blockchains.</li><li>Communicate across all areas of the company to serve as the internal evangelist for your product offering including but not limited to Legal, Risk, Compliance, Audit, Global Sanctions, Marketing, and Operations.</li><li>Own and execute the product roadmap by managing integrations with layer 1 and 2 blockchains, staking, centralized and decentralized exchanges, and DeFi protocols.</li><li>Negotiate terms and conditions of vendor agreements.</li><li>Analyze on-chain metrics, consumer trends, and customer feedback to add new product ideas and themes into the pipeline.</li><li>Perform continuous deep dive analysis of the decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystem to identify evolving trends, market infrastructure risks and opportunities to inform broader research and development efforts.</li></ul><p></p><p>The <b>Skills</b> You Bring</p><p></p><ul><li>Go-to-market experience launching and scaling products in the digital asset ecosystem.</li><li>Strong technical skills and product development process experience.</li><li>Demonstrated creativity and design-savvy skills.</li><li>A hunger to work with and constantly learn new technology and its impact on business.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced and innovative work environment.</li><li>Entrepreneurial drive—must be a self-starter.</li></ul><p></p><p>The <b>Value</b> You Deliver</p><p></p><ul><li>You have a passion for creating user-friendly products.</li><li>Your interest, understanding, and passion for fintech that energizes others.</li><li>You have a love of solving complex problems, and are comfortable with not always knowing the answer as you know how to engage in a process to figure it out.</li><li>You thrive to innovate on process, and feel nothing is sacred.</li></ul><p></p><p>How Your Work <b>Impacts</b> the Organization</p><p></p><ul><li>Create new business opportunities that exceed customer expectations</li><li>Innovate rapidly to deliver growth and vitality</li></ul><h2></h2><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><h2>Category:</h2><h2></h2>Information Technology",
