This role plays a key part in creating a positive dining experience while maintaining company service standards and safety policies.</p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Deliver internal and external guest service in accordance with company service standards</p></li>\n <li><p>Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system</p></li>\n <li><p>Communicate menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods clearly to guests as needed</p></li>\n <li><p>Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure order accuracy</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform all duties in a polite, professional, and responsible manner</p></li>\n <li><p>Monitor guest behavior and immediately alert management of intoxicated, unruly, or disruptive guests</p></li>\n <li><p>Enforce minimum age and responsible alcohol service policies at all times</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist with overall dining room operations, including cleaning, bussing, resetting tables, restocking menus, and rolling silverware</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation in compliance with health and safety guidelines</p></li>\n <li><p>Attend departmental and company meetings as required</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform all job functions in accordance with departmental standard operating procedures</p></li>\n <li><p>Addtional duties as assigned</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 21 years of age</li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li>\n <li>At least 2 to 3 years of high-volume service experience preferred</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain HCA identified responsible alcohol and food service certification</li>\n <li>Point of Sale, cash/credit handling experience required</li>\n <li>Ability to read, write, comprehend, and speak English</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
