You’ll make sure jobs are done safely, on time, and to quality standards.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>$10,000 Signing Bonus available for qualified candidates!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Plan and run daily paving work.</li>\n <li>Lead crews using pavers, rollers, and other equipment.</li>\n <li>Watch paving quality and fix issues quickly.</li>\n <li>Keep everyone safe and lead daily safety talks.</li>\n <li>Track crew hours, equipment, and materials.</li>\n <li>Work with managers, inspectors, and owners.</li>\n <li>Train and support crew members.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years leading asphalt paving crews.</li>\n <li>Knows how paving equipment and asphalt mixes work.</li>\n <li>Can read plans and follow DOT standards.</li>\n <li>Strong leadership and communication skills.</li>\n <li>Basic computer skills.</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license; able to work nights/weekends if needed.</li>\n <li>Must pass a background check and drug screen.
