High school graduate preferred.</p><p>2. Experience and knowledge of marina operations.</p><p>3. Knowledge of electrical, plumbing &amp; carpentry tasks.</p><p>4. Basic maintenance and use of small power tools and hand tools.</p><p>5. Ability to work with guest in all areas with a positive approach.</p><p>6. Ability to concentrate on detail and follow-up work while maintaining a high standard of guest satisfaction.</p><p>7. Ability to work as a team.</p><p><strong>Purpose:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Maintain a clean, safe and operational marina, and ensure proper mooring and anchoring.</p><p><strong>Major Duties:</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>1. All necessary maintenance for upkeep of marina.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>2. Ensure proper rigging on a daily basis by checking all anchoring, winch lines, both dockside and landside.</p><p>3. Conduct marina movement as necessary and provide safe access for customers.</p><p>4. Knowledge of safely operating the boom truck and anchor barge.</p><p>5. Knowledge of water system; sewer, fresh water.</p><p>6. Know where shut-off valves are for electrical, water, etc. and how to operate.</p><p>7. Ensures that access to marinas is maintained, providing safe entrance and egress at all times.</p><p>8. Understands the principals of underwater anchoring and mooring. Ensures that marinas are properly moored and anchored at all times.</p><p>13. Use &ldquo;clean as you go&rdquo; method when performing your work duties.</p><p>14. Operate equipment with energy conservation in mind.</p><p>15. Adhere to safety policies.</p><p>15. Be present at all departmental, resort and training meetings.</p><p>16. Maintain a cooperative, team-like attitude in working with management and fellow employees (both within the department and in other resort departments).</p><p>17. Maintain a positive attitude toward the resort and the job being performed.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>General:</strong></p><p>1. Be aware of daily activities and events at the resort.</p><p>2. Be knowledgeable of all resort operations.</p><p>3.
