    "description_html": "<p>This job is posted by the Ponca City Development Authority, for local employer, Century Products.  The contact information for this jos is [email protected]<br><br>OBJECTIVE:</p><p>Successful operation of machinery used in the rotational mold process.</p><p>DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><ul><li>Operates and monitors machinery used in the production process.</li><li>Troubleshoot commonplace problems and make operational adjustments.</li><li>Perform basic preventative maintenance on assigned machine such as cleaning and replacing minor parts.</li><li>Assures quality of finished product.</li><li>Participate in periodical activities, physical inventories, etc.</li><li>Maintain safe, clean and organized work area</li></ul><p>ABILITY TO:</p><ul><li>Work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.</li><li>Communicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production quality with minimal wasted time and materials.</li><li>Ability to work on weekends, holidays as well as off shift, if needed.</li><li>Willingness to work overtime, if needed.</li><li>Ability to listen, understand and follow directions.</li><li>Ability to concentrate, focus and pay strict attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to tolerate high temperatures</li><li>Ability to work with team members</li></ul><p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</p><ul><li>Work is performed while standing, sitting and/or walking.</li><li>Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision and hearing.</li><li>Requires the use of hands for grasping and fine manipulations.</li><li>Requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, reaching.</li><li>Requires the ability to lift, carry, push or pull medium weights, 50 pounds and above.</li><li>Requires activities involving being around moving machinery, exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity, and exposure to dust, fumes and gases.</li></ul><p>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:</p><ul><li>Math skills to perform basic calculations.</li><li>Read and write in English.</li><li>High school diploma or G.E.D.</li></ul><p></p><p>LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:</p><ul><li>Valid driver's license.</li><li>Forklift Operator Safety Certificate (preferred)</li></ul>",
