          "text": "<p>As a&#xa0;<strong>Retail Associate</strong>&#xa0;at Goodwill, you would be responsible for ensuring a quality shopping experience through meeting production standards, customer service and assistance while working as part of a team to maintain a clean and safe shopping experience for our customers.
