The Intake Specialist will coordinate the client&#8217;s intake into Bridges International the Level II Residential Programs. The Probation Intake Specialist will be the primary point of contact for Judges, Prosecutors, and Public Defenders for referrals, assessments follow up, and the admissions process into the Residential Programs. </span></p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in;margin-right:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\">ESSENTIAL DUTIES: </span></p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in;margin-right:0in;\">&#160;</p>\r\n\r\n<ol>\r\n\t<li style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\">Oversee the processing of all referrals submitted to Level II Residential Programs.</span></li>\r\n\t<li style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\">Monitor, track, and document referrals submitted by stakeholders in the SecurManage database timely.</span></li>\r\n\t<li style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\">Train and educate stakeholders, Bridges International staff, and clients on the referral process. </span></li>\r\n\t<li style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\">Operate in the capacity of a liaison between the company and stakeholder as it relates to notifications of program vacancies and availability.</span></li>\r\n\t<li style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\">Monitor the submission of referral and waiting list followed-up as outlined within the company&#8217;s policies and procedures.</span></li>\r\n\t<li style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\">Communicate regularly with Court Coordinators throughout the State of Florida and provide marketing material as needed.</span></li>\r\n\t<li style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\">Provide weekly projected program intakes to the Director of Programs and the Florida State Executive Director. </span></li>\r\n\t<li style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\">&#160;Will provide a monthly report to the Chief Financial Officer reflecting all court referral and waiting list interactions conducted during the month. </span></li>\r\n\t<li style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\">Required to attend all mandatory training as specified by Policies.</span></li>\r\n\t<li style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\">Ensure that all applicable policies and procedures that fall within the scope of this job description are followed and adhered to.</span></li>\r\n\t<li style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\">&#160;&#160;Be available to attend court hearings and community events to promote the program within the community.</span></li>\r\n\t<li style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\">&#160;Perform any other functions assigned by supervisor.</span></li>\r\n</ol>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">&#160;</p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">&#160;</p>",
