Our biggest priority is providing outstanding customer service &amp; revolutionizing the industry through the use of the latest technology.</p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><strong>Job Purpose</strong></p>\n\n<p>As a Route Operations Manager based out of our Wayne, MI yard, you will lead a team of drivers while coordinating daily logistics operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality waste collection services. Acting as a liaison between drivers, customers, and internal teams, you will provide real-time support, oversee route performance, and drive continuous improvements to enhance both the driver and customer experience.</p>\n\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p>\n\n<p>Duties include but are not limited to:</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Supervise and support a team of drivers, including daily oversight, coaching, and performance management</li>\n\t<li>Assign and adjust routes and carrier responsibilities to ensure efficient service delivery</li>\n\t<li>Provide real-time support to drivers throughout their routes, resolving service, safety, and equipment issues</li>\n\t<li>Serve as the escalation point for customer concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution</li>\n\t<li>Communicate with drivers and internal teams via phone, Microsoft Teams chat, and video</li>\n\t<li>Collaborate with logistics, customer service, and quality teams to drive service excellence</li>\n\t<li>Track, trace, and update the status of daily waste removal routes using internal systems</li>\n\t<li>Monitor route performance and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings</li>\n\t<li>Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements</li>\n\t<li>Assist with onboarding and training of new drivers and provide ongoing coaching</li>\n\t<li>Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and implement operational enhancements</li>\n\t<li>Monitor waste storage areas, documentation, equipment, and procedures from the Wayne, MI yard</li>\n</ul>\n",
