The successful candidate will be expected to work collaboratively across departments and feel comfortable rotating as needed.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support physicians in assessing, planning, and delivering patient care</li>\n<li>Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, including stocking supplies and sterilising equipment</li>\n<li>Coordinate follow-up appointments, manage patient communications, and handle pre-authorisations and Letters of Agreement (LOAs)</li>\n<li>Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care</li>\n<li>Provide education and guidance to patients, families, and staff</li>\n<li>Promote healthy lifestyle practices and preventative care</li>\n<li>Assist with audits and contribute to the development of protocols and care pathways</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records</li>\n<li>Ensure efficient clinic operations, including scheduling and stock management</li>\n<li>Assist with minor surgical procedures and maintain strict infection control practices</li>\n<li>Administer medications, vaccines, IV therapies, and perform clinical procedures such as blood draws, wound care, and suture removal</li>\n<li>Prepare and manage laboratory tests and samples (e.g., blood, biopsies, skin scrapings)</li>\n<li>Address patient concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary</li>\n<li>Mentor junior nursing staff and support professional development within the team</li>\n<li>Participate in onboarding and training of new staff</li>\n<li>Review billing and insurance queries to ensure accuracy and compliance</li>\n<li>Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications &amp; Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor of Science in Nursing</li>\n<li>Minimum <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">5 years’ experience</span> as a Registered Nurse</li>\n<li>Prior experience in a busy clinical or outpatient setting</li>\n<li>At least <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">5 years’ experience in venepuncture</span> (adults and paediatrics)</li>\n<li>Wound care certification (preferred)</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of insurance processes, including coding, pre-authorisations, and claims</li>\n<li>Strong organisational, multitasking, and time management skills</li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team</li>\n<li>Demonstrated empathy, professionalism, and patient-focused approach</li>\n<li>Commitment to continuous professional development and maintaining licensure</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Travel Requirement</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Occasional travel between Integra’s two locations within Grand Cayman</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits</span></p>\n<p>Integra offers a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">competitive benefits package</span>, including:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Paid vacation</li>\n<li>Health insurance</li>\n<li>Pension benefits in accordance with Cayman Islands regulations</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>",
