A Foreman is a skilled lead responsible for overseeing manufacturing, or other work projects. This role involves coordinating tasks, ensuring safety, and facilitating efficient project execution.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><em>&nbsp;</em></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><em>Responsibilities</em></strong>:&nbsp;</p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead and oversee tasks and a team of workers, including assigning tasks, and providing guidance.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure that team members follow safety protocols and work efficiently.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborate with managers or supervisors to allocate resources to meet project goals.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Participate in project budgeting and cost control.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinate and schedule tasks to meet project deadlines and objectives.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure that materials, equipment, and tools are available when needed.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Oversee work quality and ensure that projects meet quality standards and specifications.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conduct inspections and address any issues promptly.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Promote and enforce safety protocols and practices to prevent accidents and injuries.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain open and effective communication with managers, supervisors, and team members.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Report project progress, issues, and changes to department heads.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Identify and resolve project-related issues, conflicts, or obstacles in a timely manner.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Identify training needs and recommend relevant programs.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><em>&nbsp;</em></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><em>Qualifications</em></strong><em>&nbsp;<strong>and</strong> <strong>Experience</strong>:</em></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High school diploma or equivalent (relevant certifications, trade qualifications, or additional education may be preferred).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong technical knowledge related to the specific industry or trade.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Leadership and team skills, including the ability to motivate and guide workers.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination and problem-solving.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficiency in using industry-specific tools, equipment, and software.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the specific industry.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions or physically demanding environments.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Minimum age: 18</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p><strong><em>Physical Demands/Working Conditions</em></strong><em>:&nbsp;</em></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">May be required to lift, carry, and lower items 50 pounds from a height of approximately seven feet to the ground and back continually for the duration of the shift.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be able to work in very hot (more than 100 degrees) and very cold (less than 20 degrees below zero) and in a very wet and humid environment for extended periods.
