Calo Programs is hiring <strong>Behavioral Health Associates</strong>—also known as <strong>Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Youth Care Workers, Residential Counselors, Youth Mentors, or Behavioral Health Technicians</strong>—to support youth overcoming trauma and emotional challenges.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a <strong>year-round</strong> opportunity (not seasonal) to grow your career while doing meaningful, purpose-driven work in a nationally recognized residential treatment program.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As the nation’s leading trauma-informed residential treatment center, we combine clinical care with experiential therapies—like hiking, art, music, and yoga—to help teens heal and thrive.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why Calo?</strong>We blend clinical excellence with adventure, structure, and connection. Through hiking, art, music, yoga, and team-based experiences, our mentors help students build trust, resilience, and lifelong coping skills.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Your Role:</strong>As a Behavioral Health Associate, you’ll build meaningful relationships with our students while ensuring their safety and emotional well-being.
