We help patients during some of the most vulnerable, painful moments of their lives – and every team member plays a central role in providing compassionate, excellent care every step of the way.</p>\n<p><strong>Why Join Us:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Start Strong</strong>: Extensive and thorough orientation program to ensure a smooth transition into our setting.</li>\n <li><strong>Your Health Matters: </strong>Comprehensive benefits packages, including medical and life insurance, vision, and dental plan offerings for full-time team members</li>\n <li><strong>Recharge & Refresh:</strong> Generous PTO  for full-time team members</li>\n <li><strong>Invest in Your Future:</strong> Company-matching 401(k) retirement plan, as well as life and disability protection</li>\n <li><strong>Your Impact Matters:</strong> Join a team of over 44,000 nationwide committed to providing exceptional care.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Radiologic Technologist is responsible for preparing the patient for diagnostic procedures by explaining the process of the scans to the patient and properly positioning the patient to capture the appropriate images.</li>\n <li>The Technologist correctly operates equipment in order to produce cross-sectional images of patient's bones, organs and tissue.</li>\n <li>Understands and completes necessary requisitions for ordered exams in a timely manner and schedules all exams accurately.</li>\n <li>Performs diagnostic Radiographic/Fluoroscopic/CT exams on patients both in the department and with portable equipment.</li>\n <li>Demonstrates the ability to inject IV contrast media, as needed.</li>\n <li>Performs a variety of examinations, reconstructions and various printing protocols.</li>\n <li>Identifies various types of mechanical and electronic equipment failures in order to accurately diagnose general problems with radiographic machines and processors.</li>\n <li>Explains the procedure to the patient and answers any questions related to the equipment or the procedure.</li>\n <li>Properly moves and transports patients to and from department, as required.</li>\n <li>Orders necessary supplies and maintains par levels.</li>\n <li>Attends required in-services and orientations.</li>\n <li>Works closely with floor staff and builds positive relationships in order to facilitate excellent patient care.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Minimum Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>At least two (2) years experience as a Registered Radiologic Technologist and hold current state license (as required).</li>\n <li>Must have ARRT or CMRT certification.</li>\n <li>Possess a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date.</li>\n <li>Must be current with Continuing Education in all fields of licensure.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience operating facility-specific equipment desirable.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Additional Data</h2>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer/including Disabled/Veterans</em></p>\n<p><em>We will consider for employment all qualified Applicants, including those with criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws, including but not limited to the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance, San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, and the San Diego County Fair Chance Ordinance. </em></p>",
