Superintendent (Paving Group)

Keeley Construction is looking to add an experienced Superintendent to our Paving Team. Primary Responsibilities Supervise field crews, job sites, and subcontractors. Develop site logistics plans and determine construction methods and sequencing. Maintain relationships with owners, subcontractors, and vendors. Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations. Drive project schedules and resolve construction issues. Perform maintenance based on client work orders. Document daily work activities. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of experience with paving/concrete. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations. Ability to work in various weather conditions. All candidates agree to complete an assessment for selection and pre-employment drug screen.
