As a Hair Stylist, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity while helping clients achieve their desired looks. Your expertise in various hair treatments and styles will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' confidence and satisfaction.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Valid California Cosmetology or Barber License (or currently in school and close to completion)</li>\n <li>Proven experience in hair styling, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of retail math for managing product sales is beneficial. Key responsibilities include:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Teamwork & Collaboration:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Supporting fellow stylists and front desk staff to maintain a smooth, positive work environment.</li>\n <li>Provide professional hair styling services, including washing, blowdrying and stylist to clients.</li>\n <li>Provide updos, braids, and extension services</li>\n <li>Deliver exceptional guest experiences every shift</li>\n <li>Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations</li>\n <li>Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client experiences.</li>\n <li>Stay updated on industry trends and techniques through continuous education.</li>\n <li>Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Salon Cleanliness:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Folding and restocking clean towels</li>\n <li>Taking out trash as needed</li>\n <li>Dusting surfaces and wiping down shelves, counters, and styling stations</li>\n <li>Cleaning and sanitizing brushes and combs</li>\n <li>Keeping the break room tidy and organized</li>\n <li>Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with salon policies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Restocking & Organization:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Refilling station drawers with tools and supplies</li>\n <li>Helping to restock back bar products and retail inventory</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>These shared duties ensure we uphold Drybar standards and create a welcoming, professional space for both clients and team members.</p>\n<h2>Legal Disclaimer</h2>©2024 DB Franchise, LLC (“DBF”).
