font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Plan, assign, and manage team workload and production efforts, translating project requirements into clear work plans aligned with scope, schedule, and staffing capacity</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Provide technical leadership in electrical systems design, code compliance, and constructability, guiding decision-making and resolving complex challenges</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Oversee the development and coordination of electrical deliverables, including drawings, specifications, and calculations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Serve as a subject matter expert in electrical systems and standards, supporting multi-disciplinary coordination and informed project decisions</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of discipline-specific tools, templates, and production processes to enhance quality and efficiency</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Monitor team performance, workload, and utilization, proactively identifying risks, gaps, or inefficiencies and communicating with leadership</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Support staffing and workforce planning, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding to build and sustain a strong team</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Ensure accountability across the team by setting clear expectations, tracking progress, and addressing performance or delivery challenges</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Strong collaboration with Project Managers and multi-disciplinary teams to align design, scope, schedule, and budget expectations</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Demonstrated ability to lead electrical design efforts across all phases, including design, documentation, and construction administration</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Advanced expertise in electrical systems design, code compliance, and constructability, with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in electrical system modeling, documentation, and technical specification development</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Experience with SKM Power Tools or a similar short circuit, overcurrent coordination, and arc flash software platform</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Experience with medium voltage power distribution design</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\"><strong>Education and Experience</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Minimum of 7 years of electrical engineering experience, including leadership responsibilities</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;
