This role serves as the central control point between dispatch, drivers, sales, and customer service to ensure jobs are scheduled, executed, and completed efficiently. The RO LDC plays a critical role in&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;schedule integrity, maximizing driver productivity, and ensuring&nbsp;a high level&nbsp;of service for commercial and construction customers.&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Manage daily roll-off schedules, including deliveries, pickups, and exchanges</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Assign drivers and adjust schedules in real time to maintain efficiency</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Optimize routing and equipment utilization across operations</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion of all scheduled work</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Communicate with drivers, sales, and customer service to coordinate updates and resolve issues</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Prioritize urgent or high-value accounts and handle delays or service disruptions</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Reallocate work and coordinate reschedules to maintain service levels</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Ensure accurate job documentation, order entry, and system updates (e.g., AMCS, dispatch tools)</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Track container inventory and coordinate asset deployment across yards</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Escalate service or capacity issues and provide timely updates to teams and customers</p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n",
