We&#39;re looking for hardworking individuals who are ready to roll up their sleeves and contribute to the essential tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. This role will play a key factor in ensuring that our clients receive a quality product. If you&#39;re up for the challenge, and ready to be a vital part of our paper-making journey, this is your opportunity to make a tangible impact.</p><p>At BiOrigin Specialty Products, our mission is to drive innovative solutions in alignment with our strategic partners to revolutionize the paper and tissue industry to do this, we hold fast in our core values which are the fabric of our culture and the pillars off which we build our community; teamwork, employee investment, integrity, problem solving, and trust.</p><p>What we need from you:</p><ul><li>Operate roll wrapping equipment to wrap rolls with poly.</li><li>Use scanners to scan rolls or manually enter them into roll tracking system.</li><li>Use roll tracking system to generate bundle tags, check to ensure accuracy.</li><li>Wrap rolls according to customer specifications.</li><li>Check rolls for quality workmanship, advise supervisor of poor-quality rolls.&nbsp;</li><li>Clean equipment, maintain a manufacturing area free from debris and dirt, and readies or puts away materials as assigned.</li><li>Trim and/or cut rolls to smaller sizes or to be baled as required.</li><li>Keep timely and accurate records.</li><li>Check roll wrapping supplies and replenish when needed.</li><li>Review roll labels and check for accuracy.</li><li>Cut down, re-wrap and re-label rolls/bundles as necessary.</li><li>Work as a member of the roll wrapping and shipping team to maintain flow of finished product from the machines to the trucks or inventory.</li><li>Work safely following all safety policies and procedures.</li><li>Must work well with others and take directions from supervisor.</li></ul><p>Minimum qualifications:</p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.</li><li>Must be comfortable operating machinery and using cutting knives.</li><li>Display good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>All candidates must pass pre-employment screening, drug screen, physical and criminal background screening.</li></ul><p><br>&nbsp;Physical demands and Working conditions:</p><ul><li>Must be able to lift 50lbs and lift up to 100lbs with assistance.&nbsp;</li><li>Physical demands include standing for long periods of time, walking, using hands and arms to handle, feel or reach, climb, squat, bend, balance, stoop, knee, crouch, and/or crawl in confined spaces.</li><li>Exposure to moderate frequent noise and occasional loud noise, dust, heat, cold, dry and damp air.</li><li>Contact with cleaning products</li></ul><p>BiOrigin Specialty Products provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws. &nbsp;BiOrigin Specialty Products is an E-Verify employment verification participant.</p><p>As a frontrunner in eco-friendly specialty paper, packaging, and tissue, we&#39;re not just a trusted wholesale supplier; we&#39;re the pioneers of sustainability.
