This role is equal part business and technical leadership, organizational design, and cross-functional partnership, shaping how decision are made across a fast-growing, technology-driven healthcare organization.</span></p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p></p><p>Leadership &amp; Vision</p><ul><li><p><span>Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Analysts, fostering a culture of ownership, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Define and execute the long-term vision for FuzeRx&#39;s Product Analytics team, ensuring alignment with company strategy and product roadmaps.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, and Operations teams to prioritize and deliver high-impact data initiatives.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Establish clear career paths, performance standards, and hiring plans to scale the team thoughtfully and sustainably.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build strong stakeholder trust by translating business needs into data insights and scalable data solutions.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p>Product Analytics</p><ul><li><p><span>Provide close analytics support to evaluate the impact of new product features and enhancements</span></p></li><li><p><span>Drive best practices in experiment design and analysis.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Communicate insights and new opportunities revealed through data analysis to senior management.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p>Analytics Engineering</p><ul><li><p><span>Own FuzeRx&#39;s data transformation logic by taking raw data inputs and converting them into scalable, reusable data assets that drive business decisions and insights.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Participate in evolving FuzeRx’s data platform, defining best practices that shape the long-term analytics ecosystem and establish durable design patterns that ensure long-term scalability and maintainability.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p>Business Intelligence</p><ul><li><p><span>Surface durable, relevant, and reusable dashboards to monitor the health of various products and operations</span></p></li><li><p><span>Establish and enforce best practices for maintaining a navigable and impactful business intelligence platform</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Experience &amp; Qualifications:</b></p><p>Minimum Qualifications:</p><ul><li><p><span>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.</span></p></li><li><p><span>5&#43; years of experience in analytics, data science, or related data insights roles.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong expertise in analytics engineering and data modeling principles; specifically, experience with DBT (or similar data transformation framework) and Git (or similar version control system)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong expertise in metrics design and instrumentation</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong expertise in experiment design and evaluation</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven track record working cross-functionally to provide analytics insights to Product and Operations teams</span></p></li><li><p><span>Expertise creating assets in Looker or an equivalent business intelligence platform</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience operating in high-growth, fast-paced technology organizations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p>Preferred Qualifications: </p><ul><li><p><span>1&#43; years of experience leading high-performing technical teams.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience building and analyzing data assets in healthcare, pharmacy, fintech, or other regulated industries.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare data privacy standards.</span></p></li></ul><h1><br /><br /><b>Additional Information</b><br /> </h1><p>Additional Physical Job Requirements</p><p></p><p>Physical requirements for this role include the ability to work at a computer terminal with monitor, keyboard and mouse for extended periods of time, stoop, bend, and reach for equipment and supplies, make frequent repetitive motions required to operate a computer that include the wrists, hands and fingers, and lift, carry, push, pull, and move light objects up to 20 pounds.
