Every member of the team is responsible for conveying a positive and unforgettable service experience. Our Member Services team holds responsibility for the following: Recreation equipment, fitness center/tennis pavilion and poolside service, transportation, concierge and outdoor services. A key part of every associate’s responsibilities is to serve as a Shore Lodge/Whitetail ambassador, engaging the guest and other associates at every opportunity.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS:</strong></p><p>Frequent weekend and holiday work. Varied hours of operation.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>WHAT YOU GET TO DO:</strong></p><ul><li>Greet and welcome members to the facilities in accordance with our Forbes level of service</li><li>Assist members with the orientation of Whitetail Club and all its facilities and amenities</li><li>Maintain the general cleanliness of the Fish &amp; Swim Club and Clubhouse exterior and interior, Whitetail Club Park, game rooms, workout facility and indoor tennis pavilion</li><li>Assist members with fishing, mountain biking, Nordic skiing, sledding or other outdoor activities</li><li>Maintain the pool, hot tub and locker rooms with towels, organize chairs, umbrellas and tables</li><li>Maintain Whitetail Club transportation vehicles</li><li>Perform valet parking if requested and fulfill transportation requests for members</li><li>Assist the Marina and Guest Services when needed</li><li>Monitor the Club amenities for cleanliness and orderliness</li><li>Adhere to Company policies, procedures, and standards</li><li>Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned</li><li>Be knowledgeable in Club events and programs</li></ul><p><br></p>",
