This role requires hands-on leadership, excellent communication skills, and a heart for service. You will manage scheduling, safety, staff development, and the overall atmosphere and upkeep of your residential home.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Leadership & Staff Development</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Supervise and support Mentors and Shift Leads.</li>\n <li>Conduct weekly team meetings and ongoing training sessions.</li>\n <li>Provide regular performance evaluations and disciplinary guidance as needed.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with HR and the Program Director during the hiring process; make final hiring decisions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Program & House Operations</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Delegate responsibilities and ensure smooth shift transitions.</li>\n <li>Ensure the residential calendar is executed effectively.</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean, well-decorated, and welcoming living space.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Student Support & Safety</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Monitor student progress and wellbeing during residential hours.</li>\n <li>Implement treatment team directives and therapeutic strategies in the home.</li>\n <li>Lead and document quarterly safety drills; ensure compliance across shifts.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Collaboration & Communication</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Attend and represent your house in weekly interdisciplinary Treatment Team meetings.</li>\n <li>Conduct thorough shift-change meetings and communicate key updates to incoming staff.</li>\n <li>Partner with clinical, academic, and program staff to ensure consistency in student care.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>21+ years of age or older  </li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D required; <em>associates or bachelor's in human services, psychology, criminal justice, or related field a plus, but not a requirement!</em> </li>\n <li>Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen in concordance with Montana state laws </li>\n <li>Ability to pass federal and state background checks </li>\n <li>Current Montana driver's license or ability to obtain a Montana driver’s license upon hire </li>\n <li>Ability to perform CPR and First Aid </li>\n <li>Ability to apply provided training in safe verbal de-escalation and physical intervention with an upset or combative client  </li>\n <li>Preferred - one year of experience working with adolescent populations and management experience</li>\n <li>Ability to plan, implement, and adjust to program or daily adjustments </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance</strong> – Multiple plan options including PPO and HDHPs with HSA eligibility and company contributions.</li>\n <li><strong>Paid Parental Leave</strong> – Up to 6 weeks fully paid for exempt employees and 4 weeks for non-exempt.</li>\n <li><strong>Life & Disability Coverage</strong> – Company-paid life, AD&D, and long-term disability; voluntary life and optional short-term disability available.</li>\n <li><strong>401(k) with Company Match</strong> – Retirement savings with matching contributions after eligibility period.</li>\n <li><strong>PTO & Holidays</strong> – Competitive PTO accrual plans and paid holidays throughout the year.</li>\n <li><strong>Employee Assistance Program (EAP)</strong> – Free, confidential support for life’s challenges.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Chrysalis is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.</strong> We are committed to enriching the therapeutic and healing experience we offer through the diversity of our employees and community.
