Responsibilities include collaborating with various entities to cultivate networks, steward alum relationships, manage budget, oversee membership programs, coordinate events, support student-athletes, and enhance association brand and visibility.</span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(33, 33, 33); font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Steward relationships with former Baylor student-athletes across all current, future and previously officially sponsored Baylor Athletics Sport Programs.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Provide first-class customer service to alumni, friends, and donors of Baylor University</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Develop and implement a Letterwinner's Association engagement and communication plan, across multiple platforms.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(33, 33, 33); font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Steward operating budget for the B Association.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(33, 33, 33); font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Responsible for the creation and timely management of a sustainable database of all former Baylor student athletes and current members of B Association.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(33, 33, 33); font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Oversight and evaluation of annual membership dues and benefits</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(33, 33, 33); font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Create and manage sustainable student-athlete Letter Awards distribution program</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(33, 33, 33); font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Oversee annual Baylor Athletics Hall of Fame selections and Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Oversee and manage B Association Letterwinner’s Lounge and tailgate tent on football gamedays</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(33, 33, 33); font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Collaborate with internal and external units for mentoring and programming opportunities with current student-athletes.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(33, 33, 33); font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Ex Officio (nonvoting member) of the B Association Board of Directors</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;
