    "description": "<p><br></p>\n<p><span>We are looking for a Full Stack Developer specializing in </span>VB.NET, C#, and Java <span>to produce scalable software solutions. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the complete software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable with front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>In this position, you will be coordinating and programming multiple/simultaneous projects in this position. Our core values are I<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ntegrity, respect, sound judgment, customer-focused; results driven; giving back.</span></span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-weight: bold\">Key Duties</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Work with other team members and product managers to ideate software solutions.</span></li>\n<li><span>Design client-side and server-side architecture.</span></li>\n<li><span>Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design.</span></li>\n<li><span>Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications.</span></li>\n<li><span>Write effective APIs.</span></li>\n<li><span>Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.</span></li>\n<li><span>Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software when needed.</span></li>\n<li><span>Write and maintain technical documentation.</span></li>\n<li><span>Build reusable code and libraries for future use.</span></li>\n<li><span>Help the team write clean and healthy structured code.</span></li>\n<li><span>Assist Customer Service employees with escalated customer care cases.</span></li>\n<li><span>Assist Customer Service employees with complicated data manipulations, queries, functions, and stored procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span>Work with the Customer Service employees to determine and remedy programming errors.</span></li>\n<li><span>Support Customer Service employees on-site to ensure the software is installed and set up as required.</span></li>\n<li><span>Review product enhancements proposed by internal and external customers and verify programming meets requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span>Promote cross-team ideas and initiatives.</span></li>\n<li><span>Provide training and workshops for staff as required.
