Key processes include:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Agile (Scrum)</li>\n   <li>Cross-domain E2E design and implementation of complex features</li>\n   <li>Continuous Integration and Delivery (DevOps)</li>\n   <li>Software maturity and quality</li>\n   <li>Versioning and Scope control</li>\n   <li>Unit testing, code analysis</li>\n   <li>Application security design and testing</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Excellent leadership, communication, facilitation and motivational skills, with the ability to build rapport and grow consensus with peers and other groups</li>\n <li>Professional experience building and leading teams that built distributed scalable enterprise-class web/mobile applications with a few of the following technologies: NodeJS, HTML5, DHTML, CSS, TypeScript, JavaScript Frameworks (Angular, Bootstrap, React, Cordova, etc.), MongoDB.</li>\n <li>Ability to attract, engage and retain top diverse technical talent.</li>\n <li>Domain knowledge and experience in application development, including: client/server, web services, portal, middleware, micro services and mobile app.</li>\n <li>Understand and leverage team member strengths to accomplish corporate goals.</li>\n <li>Client focused mindset - exceed the expectations of our internal and external customers.</li>\n <li>Must be capable of clearly articulating complex technical issues to all levels of the organization.</li>\n <li>Manage staff performance, and identifies training needs to develop a high-performing team</li>\n <li>Review and approve project deliverables to ensure that they are architecturally sound and fit into the enterprise design</li>\n <li>Ensure all internal controls and policies are adhered to for projects and systems change management</li>\n <li>Enforce quality practices (unit test, code analysis, integration test, etc.) and provide quality measurements to leadership team.
