Responsible for on-call services as needed.</span></li></ul><p style=\"line-height: 115%;\">&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"color: rgb(152, 30, 50); font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13pt;\"><strong>Candidate Qualifications</strong></span></span></p><p><span style=\"color: rgb(38, 38, 38); font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.</span></p><ul><li><span style=\"color: rgb(38, 38, 38); font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Requires Bachelor's degree and a Master of Divinity Degree or its equivalency from accredited institutions as certified by the Association of Professional Chaplains or cognate body with similar standards.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Catholic Priest preferred</span></li><li><span style=\"color: rgb(38, 38, 38); font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Requires 0-3 years of spiritual care experience in a related field.</span></li><li><span style=\"color: rgb(38, 38, 38); font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Requires a minimum of four units of Clinical Pastoral Education accredited preferably through the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education.</span></li><li><span style=\"color: rgb(38, 38, 38); font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Must be board certified within 2 years of hire date through the Association of Professional Chaplains, Neshama: National Association of Jewish Chaplains, the National Association of Catholic Chaplains, or a cognate body with similar certification standards.</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"color: rgb(38, 38, 38);\">Indiana University Health is&nbsp;</span><span>unlike any other healthcare system and we're looking for team members who share the things that matter most to us.
