This executive leadership role reports directly to the CEO and works closely with the senior leadership team to ensure the organization&rsquo;s strategic vision is executed effectively.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The COO oversees day-to-day operations, aligns resources, and maximizes the impact of programs and services delivered to children and families.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Operational Leadership</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Oversee the operational functions and activities of the organization.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership team to develop and implement operational strategy aligned with mission and vision.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure operational practices and processes optimize program quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop systems to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead the design and implementation of streamlined systems to coordinate operational logistics across departments and programs.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Cultivate a supportive environment where policies and procedures are consistently upheld.&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Program Oversight</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Oversee implementation of all programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage and lead direct reports, including:&nbsp;<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Senior Director of Operations&nbsp;</li><li>Director of Education &amp;
