font-size: 12pt\">Bachelors’ degree in Engineering with curriculum emphasizing Manufacturing Technology and or/Mechanical Engineering or other comparable degree program with 10 years of experience.<span> </span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span>·   </span></span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">In lieu of a Bachelors’ degree the incumbent can have a Associates’ degree in a related field with 20 years of experience.<span> </span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span>·   </span></span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
