This person will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duties &amp; Functions</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Process and apply incoming payments, including checks, credit card payments, and electronic funds transfers, accurately and in a timely manner.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances and follow up on past due invoices.&nbsp;</li><li>Conducts an analysis of the business’ revenue as it pertains to assigned accounts.&nbsp;</li><li>Familiar with the billing and collection process associated with cash apps.&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in companywide updates concerning collection of assigned accounts&nbsp;</li><li>Reconcile A/R to the G/L&nbsp;</li><li>Interact with customers to resolve outstanding issues&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare and send regular statements, invoices, and reminders to clients.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including contact information, billing details, and payment history.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate invoicing and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.&nbsp;</li><li>Reconcile accounts receivable balances to ensure accuracy and completeness.&nbsp;</li><li>Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable, aging analysis, and collection efforts.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, providing necessary documentation and support.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and relevant regulations.&nbsp;</li><li>Calculate quarterly revenue-based incentive/commission payments&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct ad hoc reporting&nbsp;</li></ul>",
