As Craft Talent Acquisition Lead, you play a direct and measurable role in project and business success by ensuring craft positions are filled accurately and on time, keeping schedules on track and supporting field leadership. Beyond day-to-day hiring, this role has the opportunity to shape how craft recruiting is done by driving best practices, improving processes, and building repeatable, scalable approaches that strengthen workforce readiness and support sustained project execution.</span></h2><h2>What You&rsquo;ll Do</h2><ul><li>Deliver high volume craft hiring aligned to project schedules and workforce forecasts</li><li>Own full lifecycle recruiting from intake and approvals through start date readiness</li><li>Build and maintain a ready now bench for core craft roles across multiple sites</li><li>Partner directly with field leaders to align hiring plans with project demands</li><li>Execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to support high-volume hiring needs</li><li>Represent Shaw at hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach programs</li></ul><h2>Key Responsibilities Include</h2><ul><li>Manage requisitions from intake through offer and start</li><li>Source and pipeline craft talent including welders, pipefitters, electricians, riggers, and helpers</li><li>Maintain accurate ATS data, notes, and dispositions</li><li>Track and report funnel metrics including aging, fills, and starts</li><li>Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws</li><li>Act as a brand ambassador delivering strong candidate experience</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to improve recruiting processes</li></ul><h2>About You</h2><ul><li>5+ years of craft/skilled trades recruiting experience</li><li>Experience supporting multiple sites and large-scale projects</li><li>Strong knowledge of craft roles, skill levels, and pay dynamics</li><li>Proven success building proactive talent pipelines and benches</li><li>Ability to partner directly with field leadership in fast paced environments</li><li>Proficiency with applicant tracking systems. ADP Workforce Now preferred</li><li>Willingness to travel regularly to job sites and hiring events</li><li>Ability to support global hiring as business requires&nbsp;</li><li>Global craft/professional experience in India/MENA preferred&nbsp;</li><li>Relationships with external training and certification organizations to improve workforce quality and availability (ex.
