We are actively recruiting for team members to join us on our <strong>Franconia JV</strong> project.  </p>\n<h2>What you will be doing</h2>\n<p>Leads crew of hourly workers on a project site and manages safety, planning, production and performance of directed construction tasks. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Crew will be tasked with both drainage and grading responsibilities</li>\n <li>Managing a crew made up of operators and laborers. </li>\n <li>Performs onsite coordination of labor activities, materials and equipment. Requests materials needed for scope of work. </li>\n <li>Supports safety procedures and regulations for assigned personnel and sub-contractors. </li>\n <li>Understands daily production schedule and adjusts work to meet schedule and cost parameters. </li>\n <li>Maintains knowledge of Company’s values and strategic plan.</li>\n <li>Performs additional assignments per management’s direction.</li>\n <li>expectations are that foreman and crew will be working 10 hour shifts or more.
