      "content": "<p>Responsible for the execution of (or providing direction to Design I or Designer II) of the following:</p>\n\n<li>Support Sr Interior Designer with all design communication and design presentations with Client and internally.</li>\n<li>Introducing and developing design solutions that meet the client’s needs on time and budget.</li>\n<li>Design and execute different project phases under the leadership supervision.</li>\n<li>Space planning &amp; Programming.</li>\n<li>Creation of design concepts.</li>\n<li>Mood boards/ look and feel for client presentations.</li>\n<li>Creation of material selections, finish plans, and specifications.</li>\n<li data-section-id=\"j0x13m\" data-start=\"1187\" data-end=\"1264\">Prepare and review interior design documentation in Revit and AutoCAD.</li>\n<li>3D renderings and computer illustrations.</li>\n<li>Meet with furniture dealers, product reps, and fabricators to meet overall project design goals.</li>\n<li>Take a leading role in design, documentation, and coordination from Concept through the Construction Administration phase.</li>\n<li>Responds to submittals during the CA phase.</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>7+ years' experience in Interior Architecture &amp; Design.</li>\n<li>Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in an accredited Interior Architectural related program.</li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.</li>\n<li>Excellent presentation skills. Ability to effectively present information.</li>\n<li>Strong organizational and analytical skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents.</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently to solve problems involving multiple options.</li>\n<li>Ability to understand and carry out general instructions. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.</li>\n<li data-section-id=\"8wzxy0\" data-start=\"621\" data-end=\"721\">Ability to think strategically while balancing short-term priorities and long-term objectives.</li>\n<li data-section-id=\"eyqv54\" data-start=\"722\" data-end=\"818\" data-is-last-node=\"\">Exercises sound judgment, discretion, and practical decision-making to support business and team goals.</li>\n<li>Ability to provide clear direction and mentorship to Intern, Designer I or II to create comprehensive design packages.</li>\n<li>Ability to support design presentation to Client and collect/implement feedback.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Revit documentation, Revit 3D &amp; rendering, and BIM 360 is a must.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in SketchUp and/or Rhino.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of 3D rendering software such as Enscape and Lumion.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of building code.&nbsp;</li>\n"
