          "text": "<p><b>Job Title: Enterprise Architect</b></p><p><b>Location : Basking Ridge, NJ </b></p><p><b>Duration : 3-4 months + </b></p><p>All visas okay , but preference of someone local who has Excellent Communications skills</p><p><b>What You Can Expect:</b></p><ul><li>Understand and transform business requirements into scalable/manageable solution architecture and design specifications</li></ul><ul><li>Develop strong business relationships with business areas responsible</li></ul><ul><li>Partner with other functions across IT (PM, BA, EA, Security, Operations) to ensure collaboration, consistency, quality and timeliness of solutions</li></ul><ul><li>Lead and manage developers in the delivery of custom solutions or COTS configurations/customizations that follow client&apos;s standard SDLC process</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure self and development team adheres to client&apos;s design and development patterns and standards</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain and enhance integration solutions, including off-hours support of business critical integration solutions</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure proper response and resolution to issues and errors</li></ul><ul><li>Provide mentoring on advanced development concepts and technical capabilities to developers</li></ul><ul><li>Define standards to guide solution decisions in relation to integration for the enterprise</li></ul><ul><li>Create prototypes and authoring detailed interaction specifications</li></ul><ul><li>Work closely with other Solution Architecture/Designers to ensure consistency and quality of solutions and knowledge sharing</li></ul><ul><li>Continuous improvement and exploration of industry standards and technology advances</li></ul><ul><li>Be a subject matter expert of your technology components, including its architecture, features and functionality, user experience, and connections to other parts of the platform</li></ul><ul><li>Grow your knowledge of our product portfolio and the associated enabling technology</li></ul><ul><li>Oversee the work of your assigned technical team members and external vendor</li></ul><ul><li>Assign tasks and responsibilities, monitor progress, and ensure timely and quality work</li></ul><ul><li>Assure that the team is utilizing proper architectural and development standards</li></ul><ul><li>Coach and mentor the technical team members in the architectural and development standards</li></ul><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>A BA/BS or equivalent experience</li></ul><ul><li>8+ years of experience with SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) / ESB (Enterprise Service Bus)</li></ul><ul><li>3+ years of Team Management Experience (off-shore team management a plus)</li></ul><ul><li>Hands-on and Hands-off management experience</li></ul><ul><li>Advanced Experience with TIBCO integration products desired (TIBCO BusinessWorks)</li></ul><ul><li>Experience with Workflow and Business rule technologies</li></ul><ul><li>Advanced integration experience with industry standard integration products</li></ul><ul><li>Advanced experience with Message and Queueing technologies</li></ul><ul><li>Intermediate knowledge of database platforms</li></ul><ul><li>Intermediate Experience using Java or a JAVA IDE</li></ul><ul><li>Intermediate knowledge of SDLC, code management concepts and platforms</li></ul><ul><li>Advanced knowledge of at least one programming language such as .NET</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of all aspects of enterprise architecture</li></ul><ul><li>Strong understanding of PaaS, SaaS and CaaS architecture</li></ul><ul><li>Detailed knowledge of web services (SOAP, REST) and common web-based data-interchange mechanisms (JSON, XML)</li></ul><ul><li>Experience with Azure or other cloud technologies</li></ul><ul><li>Current experience working with Microsoft on premise, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and Hybrid environment projects</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to architect, design and develop using cloud principles</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to diagnose, research and prototype innovative technology in a cloud environment</li></ul><ul><li>Must have experience working on individual and group projects</li></ul><ul><li>Experience in mobile and responsive development a plus (iOS and Android)</li></ul><ul><li>Understanding of the technical architecture of web applications, mobile and media products</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent organization skills; creativity and objective-oriented focus</li></ul><ul><li>Client service experience either in consulting or another field</li></ul><ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li></ul><ul><li>Strong communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills</li></ul><ul><li>SDLC Tools Sets and Methodologies including Atlassian Suite and VSO (JIRA, Confluence, Bamboo)</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of source code control tools (Subversion, Stash, Git, Github, Team Foundation Server)</li></ul><ul><li>Extensive experience using Agile and Application Lifecycle Management including experience with paired programming, continuous integration, test driven development</li></ul><ul><li>Must be a team leader who understands the importance of teamwork, collaboration and open communication</li></ul><ul><li>Background in technology, design and development of enterprise platforms</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent organization skills; creativity and objective-oriented focus</li></ul><ul><li>Experience with golf industry technology is not required but would be a bonus</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent customer focus skills</li></ul>",
