The position ensures efficient IT support, strong asset management practices, and effective execution of technology initiatives while maintaining a focus on cybersecurity, operational stability, and cost efficiency. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while supporting both day-to-day operations and longer-term technology improvements.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(230, 126, 35); font-size: 12pt\"><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities Include:</span></em></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">  IT Operations &amp; Vendor Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the primary daily point of contact with the Managed Services Provider (MSP) for user support and issue resolution</li>\n<li>Coordinate monthly on-site visits by the MSP representative</li>\n<li>Manage and review monthly MSP invoicing for accuracy and cost control</li>\n<li>Ensure consistent service delivery, responsiveness, and alignment with organizational needs</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">  Hardware &amp; Asset Lifecycle Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee end-to-end hardware lifecycle: procurement, setup, maintenance, replacement, and decommissioning</li>\n<li>Ensure secure and certified destruction of retired equipment with proper record retention</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate inventory of all hardware assets including computers, printers, tablets, and networking equipment</li>\n<li>Track asset usage, lifecycle status, and replacement planning</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">  Cybersecurity &amp; Risk Coordination</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Administer and manage the organization’s cybersecurity training program</li>\n<li>Monitor external vulnerability testing processes and coordinate remediation follow-ups</li>\n<li>Support the technology leader in coordinating responses to critical technology-related incidents</li>\n<li>Help strengthen organizational security practices and risk awareness</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">  Technology Projects &amp; Systems Administration</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the technology leader in coordinating projects that improve security, stability, and cost effectiveness</li>\n<li>Coordinate assigned technology project activities and ensure timely execution</li>\n<li>Administer software licensing across platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Adobe, Power BI, ChatGPT Team)</li>\n<li>Assist in optimizing systems, tools, and processes across the organization</li>\n<li>Manage administration of user systems access controls</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(230, 126, 35); font-size: 12pt\"><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Candidate Requirements:</span></em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A committed Christian who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord and is a participant in a local church</li>\n<li>Maintains a consistent life-affirming philosophy and would never refer or advise a woman to have an abortion</li>\n<li>Agree with and be willing to uphold Caring Network’s Statements of Faith and Principle and Core Values</li>\n<li>Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a Computer Science related field or equivalent work experience</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of computer networking, hardware, software interfaces, security protocols, and hardware lifecycle management</li>\n<li>Comfortable with working independently and adapting to changing needs</li>\n<li>Possesses solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities</li>\n<li>Strong customer service orientation and willingness to support organizational needs</li>\n<li>Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (or equivalent) desirable</li>\n<li>Must have reliable transportation and availability for up to 20% non-overnight travel to clinics around the Chicagoland area, as well as for monthly staff meetings.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(230, 126, 35); font-size: 12pt\"><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Part-Time Benefits:</span></em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generous PTO policy including substantial vacation time and sick time</li>\n<li>10 paid company holidays PLUS Christmas Break</li>\n<li>Paid maternity leave, paternity leave</li>\n<li>403(b) with company match</li>\n<li>Caring, Empowering, Mission-Driven Culture!</li>\n</ul>",
