Job Title: Founding Recruiter Salary: $130k-$160k + Equity Company Description: Fast-growing AI automation startup Job Description: As the first recruiting hire, you will build the talent engine for an AI platform transforming B2C revenue operations. You will own the full-cycle process, from designing AI-native sourcing workflows to screening candidates and selling the vision. Working directly with the CEO, you'll scale the team from eight to twenty over six months. The ideal candidate: 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically within a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment. Proven track record of hiring across diverse functions including engineering, sales, and product in competitive markets.
