The ideal candidate will have experience diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on a variety of equipment, including trucks, trailers, skid steers, excavators, mowers, and small engines. This role ensures all company assets are operating efficiently and safely to support daily operations.</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on landscaping and construction equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Perform routine maintenance and inspections on company fleet vehicles (trucks, trailers, etc.) to ensure compliance with safety regulations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Conduct oil changes, brake replacements, tire rotations, and other general vehicle maintenance tasks.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Weld and fabricate parts as needed for equipment repairs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repairs performed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Order and manage inventory of parts and supplies needed for repairs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ensure all equipment and vehicles comply with OSHA, DOT, and company safety standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Provide emergency roadside assistance for fleet vehicles when necessary.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">High school diploma or equivalent; technical school training is a plus.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Minimum of 2-5 years experience in mechanical repair and maintenance of landscaping/construction equipment and fleet vehicles.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Welding and fabrication skills preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL preferred but not required).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Must own basic hand tools; company may provide specialized tools.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Benefits:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Competitive pay based on experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Health, dental, and vision insurance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Paid time off and holidays.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">401(k) with company match.</span></li>\n</ul>",
