    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Duties are to sort, wash and return dishes and utensils to food operations throughout the hotel. To maintain a clean and efficient work station. To expedite clean dishes and utensils to the cook's line and other areas of Food and Beverage on an as needed basis.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Properly fill and maintain the dish machine. Maintains cleanliness standards of machine according to health department guidlines</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Unload dish machine, stack, store and return dishes and utensil to proper areas in both the kitchen and other food service areas.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Empty garbage cans in dish area and throughout the kitchen as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain dish area including floors, walls and counter areas within standards of the hotel and health department guidelines</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Sweep and mop floors in dishroom and kitchen</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Clean and replace floor mats </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Restock areas with required supplies</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>High School diploma preferred</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous stewarding experience preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</u></strong></p>\n<p>Physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform essential functions of this job.
